Cancellation, Return and Exchange Conditions

 

Our first priority is to keep you happy until the end. Your satisfaction is the most important issue for us while purchasing the product and in the period after receiving it. It is our principle to defend your consumer rights. For this reason, all your products to be returned are checked and finalized in our required units as soon as possible.
If the product is wrong, defective or damaged when you shop on murrdesign.com, you can return it with shipping and counterpayment. After your return is examined by the required units, you will be returned. If the product you are returning is without invoice, label, used or damaged, the product will not be accepted for a return exchange and it will be returned to you with a counterpayment. If there are no specified conditions in the product, your return will be approved and you will be contacted. Returns will be made to you within 14 days at the latest. If you have purchased a product in installments, the entire amount of the product will be refunded to your credit card. The payment of the refund by the bank you used will be reflected on your card in installments.

The shipping fee for the returns belongs to us for the defective & defective products, but the shipping fee is charged for the products you want to return during the withdrawal period (3 days).

INVOICE OF THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURN (Including all copies)

The invoice of the product must be sent in full for the return process. Before returning, you must fill in the return and exchange form on the back of the invoice. In the case of changes, we kindly ask you to specify which product will be exchanged. If the invoice of the product you want to return is on behalf of the company, it must be sent with the invoice issued by the company when returning it. The return invoice must be issued.

OTHER TERMS AND RETURN CARGO FEES

If the product(s) you want to return defective are sent by MNG KARGO, the fee must be paid by our company. If the buyer receives the product incorrectly or wants to make an arbitrary return, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. If the products coming to the quality assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product is delivered to us.

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. Do not forget that after the product is received, you have accepted that the cargo company fulfills its duty completely.

The period of reflection of the refund to your account is 4 business days. Refunds to credit cards are sent within 4 business days. If a discount is applied for purchasing more than one product and for more than one product return, the discount is divided by the number of products.

SENDING THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

You should only return the product you want to return by the contracted MNG KARGO/branch. Returns made with other shipping companies are not accepted. The product you will make must be returned in its original box or packaging. If the original box / package is damaged or damaged, no return is accepted.

 

 

 

You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies) and the reason for the return, or indicate on the back of the invoice with the product. If the product/products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our company. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.
